L Media House is getting a website upgrade by the extremely talented Lidia Anain, yay!

If you’ve been sleeping under a rock, we just released The Bi-deology Project documentary series and Part One is available for viewing on the website.

“The Bi-deology Project” is a compelling, exquisite documentary series that explores the experiences of self-identified straight women who have dated men who also engage in gay sex and dating. As the “heterosexual” relationship is assumed to involve two strictly heterosexual individuals, what becomes the expectation of partners who are attracted to both sexes? With the overly sensationalized media focus on the “down low” bisexual man and the assumed negative relationships involving heterosexual women and men who engage in bisexual activity, the cast of “The Bi-deology Project” will discuss the uniqueness of these mixed orientation relationships, both positive and negative, and what heterosexual women can learn from men who don’t have an exclusive straight sexual identity.

L Media House has done all of the marketing strategy for the project. Consider this a test case for our “skills.”

Check out the most recent review on the doc from Black Gay Gossip

1. Arielle Loren is directing/producing a docu-film entitled “The Bi-deology Project,” which chronicles the experiences of straight women who have dated bisexual men. The LMH Productions team has access to studio space at NYU to do the filming; however, we need a great camera guy or girl (with access to great equipment-lighting, mics, etc) to film with us. The filming dates are pretty flexible, but we’re looking to shoot at the end of February or early March. Eventually, we will also need someone to edit the footage, so if this person is also familiar with Final Cut, that would be great. Go to the doc’s website for more details http://thebi-deologyproject.com

2. LMH is putting together a tour surrounding Black and Brown women who have gone “natural” during their college years. We would like to do a photoshoot featuring Black and Brown women with natural hair. We have access to models, we just need an AMAZING photographer with creative vision to do the photos. These photos would be used all over the website and perhaps on marketing materials surrounding the tour. Here is the tour’s temporary website for more details http://authenticspacestour.com

3. Arielle Loren is directing/producing a play entitled “Naked” It’s a monologue series focusing on the personal stories of women. She wants a dark skin, black model, preferably with natural hair, who is willing to be photographed nude from the waste up and an awesome photographer who would be willing to shoot her. The picture would be used to market the play on the website, in promotional cards, and in any press.

4. LMH needs a blogger who wants to take on a start up project surrounding women and vaginal hair…I know, its ok…laugh out loud. Basically, the blog is looking to explore the stories of women who either choose to keep their vags bare or bushy (or somewhere in between), why they choose to do it, and what the societal norms are surrounding it. We may interview some men over the course of time too. There also will be a small documentary surrounding the site, like a 15 minute short, so we need a cameraperson and a video editor to help us with that too. The blogger would be expected to post 2 or 3 times a week and I would pay them about $15-$20 a post. Here is the website for more details http://bareorthebush.com

All other positions’ salaries dealing with filming and video editing can be negotiated. All of these projects are start-ups.
If you know anyone that might be interested, tell them to hit us up at lmhtv1@gmail.com

LMH is spearheading so many new projects that its staff is completely wrapped up (and probably having brain vessels pop out of their foreheads).

For one, we finally launched The Bi-deology Project blog, (yaaayyyyyy). Now, straight women from around the world are able to share their stories about dating bisexual men. More stories, more fun, more interesting. The TBP editors along with the Director will be posting weekly responses under the title “Monday Anthologies,” so be sure to tune into that to start your week off with some humor (just when you thought your life was complicated, right?)

Secondly, we have two books in the works under our publishing section (yaaaayyyyyyy again). One we are expecting to be a literary masterpiece, since author Arielle Loren seems steadfast on rewriting creation with an acute spin of sexuality. And then we have another piece entitled SIP: Sex. Intellect. Power., that will likely be a compilation of authors (imagine The Vagina Monologues meets Sex and the City). We’re thinking this might get transformed into a play or something for TV, but we’ll get back to you on that one!

Anything else…oh yes! Some LMH friends brought to our attention an idea surrounding a blog project for women to share why they shave, wax, laser, or whatever…down there. That’s interesting, the women at LMH concluded, it’s just something we do, we never asked why. So now, we are asking why? And looking forward to the stories for our new project, Bare or the Bush

That’s it for now folks…or all we want to share

Have a great week!

The LMH Team

With the overly sensationalized media focus on the “down low” bisexual man and the assumed negative relationships involving heterosexual women and men who engage in bisexual activity, the cast of “The Bi-deology Project” discusses the uniqueness of these mixed orientation relationships, both positive and negative, and what heterosexual women can learn from men who don’t have an exclusive straight sexual identity. Directed and produced by Arielle Loren, L Media House provides marketing and public relations support to the series. Click to see the documentary’s press page for our strategy results.
